The Energizer Star Just Keep on Going...

Red Dwarf stars are the most common stars in the universe. They are among the smallest of stars and although they burn their fuel the same way as other stars (fusion of hydrogen into helium), their low mass allows them to burn much slower and give off less light.

These little Stars are Long-Lived

Red Dwarfs go through their fuel so slowly, that the ones that exit today can burn for the next 10 trillion years. That's a long time. These little trillion year power houses are less than 10% of our sun's mass.
A little goes a long way...
