Potassium: Don't Mess With Me

What are the symptoms of not enough potassium?
A number of disorders point to insufficient dietary intake of potassium, among them:
  • Excessively dry skin
  • Irregular heart beat
  • Low blood sugar
  • Muscular weakness and/or cramping
  • Extreme fatigue
  • Acne
  • Constipation
  • Feeling thirsty
  • Low blood pressure
  • Oedema (or swelling)
  • High cholesterol levels
